STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
We recommend using our product within 3-4 months to ensure maximum freshness and effectiveness. Any product you buy from our website will usually have been manufactured within the last 3-5 days.
Always keep out of the reach of children. All products are for external use only. Store in a dry, dark, temperature-controlled place (39-68ºF/4-20ºC) such as a bathroom cabinet.
We prefer to use glass jars and bottles when available to package our products. This ensures freshness and prevents escape of precious essential oil aromas. Frosted glass is effective in preventing photo-oxidation from damaging the delicate ingredients in our products. All of our product packaging is 100% recyclable and all of our shipping/marketing materials are 100% recyclable and/or biodegradable. Labels are subject to change. *Caution - Be careful using glass containers near the shower or bathtub. They can shatter!
Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any type of disease. Pain relief results can vary among individuals. Should you have pre-existing skin conditions and/or persistent symptoms of any kind, seek medical attention. Better yet, get to the underlying cause(s) of your condition(s) by consulting with a natural health care provider such as a Chiropractic Physician, Naturopathic Physician, Acupuncturist, Physical Therapist, Nutritionist, Acupuncturist, or Ayurvedic Medicine provider. If you are a massage therapist, do not combine our product with any other topical creams, oils, or gels as it will lesson the effectiveness of Innate Organic Body's balm.
*Caution - Our products DO NOT contain sunscreen protection. It would be wise to follow common sense in preventing over-exposure and/or sunburn that can damage the skin and ultimately lead to skin cancer in some individuals.
**While our products do not contain Gluten or Soy, they DO contain essential oils. Do not use if you have such sensitivities and/or allergies!
All products are shipped from Bellingham, WA by the USPS.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, carrier performance, and weather. We will always notify the customer via email of any delays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
NOTE: Shipment during summer months may result in melting or separation, therefore we cannot guarantee the condition of certain products upon delivery.
We are so confident that you will love your products but we will gladly offer a no-hassle refund or exchange if you decide a product is not right for you.
We will only accept returns on products purchased within 30 days of delivery.
We will only accept products in their original jars/containers.
Products completely used or tampered with will not qualify for a refund and determination will be entirely at our discretion.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Sample sizes and gift sets do not qualify for refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns will never be resold.
In order to ensure a full refund or replacement, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief description. We will review the email and notify you within 24 hours of approval. Once approved, we will contact you with mailing instructions. Customer is responsible for paying for own shipping costs or lost returns.
